Return, Refund and Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation

·         Customers can track the status of the order on the portal.

·         Orders status can be: Order Received, In Process, Dispatched, Delivered

·         Customers can cancel any order only and only before ‘Dispatched’ status

·         If the customer is willing to cancel the order before ‘Dispatched’ status, same can be done by getting in touch with our Customer Care service team (+919004666020 or within 24 hour of placing the order

·         Any payment made for such orders will be refunded to customers within 7 – 10 working days to the online account mentioned by the customer

·         No order cancellation will be accepted after ‘Dispatched’ status

·         After ‘Dispatched’ status for the order, customer shall follow ‘Return policy’ stated on the

Sales return:

·         It is recommended that all consumers verify the product at the receipt. However, Dealkidukaan offers protection to all consumers as stated below

·         Dealkidukaan provides return guarantee for items with manufacturing defects or tampered packaging.

·         It should be informed within 48 hours of delivery to DealkiDukaan; call customer service team or email (+919004666020 or

·         If the shipment packaging is tampered. It is recommended that it shall not be opened and returned in same condition

·         If the manufacturer’s packaging of the product is tampered during shipment

·         3 day return guarantee for all other items in case if wrong quantity is supplied

·         Size is different from the stated at portal

·         Product is significantly different from the description given on portal

·         Return policy doesn’t apply on selected customized products and perishables

·         Return policy doesn’t apply in case of

o    The product is returned in used condition

o    Product ID/Serial no is tampered

o    Product original packing is not available

o    Refund for sales return

·         No refund will be given for returned products

·         Consumers will be given ‘Coupons’ as per company policy. They can avail exchange/replacement of coupon value
